My Practice Philosophy
I believe meaningful healthcare starts with understanding the whole person, not just their symptoms.
Our health is influenced by so much more than what we feel physically. Our daily habits, stress, environment, and life experiences all play a role in how we feel and function. My approach to naturopathic medicine focuses on understanding these connections, identifying factors that may be affecting your health, and supporting the body's innate ability to heal.
I am passionate about helping people feel empowered in their health rather than overwhelmed by it. Through evidence-informed natural medicine, individualized care, and practical lifestyle strategies, my goal is to make healthcare approachable, collaborative, and sustainable. I believe meaningful change comes not from quick fixes, but from understanding your body and building habits that support your well-being over time.
Background and Training
Prior to having attended the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, I completed a four-year undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and received a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion.
Before becoming a naturopathic doctor, I developed a strong foundation in personal and group fitness training, with a focus on helping people build sustainable, practical relationships with movement and wellness, while keeping safety and individual's functional abilities at the forefront of my training.
With additional certifications in foot reflexology (acupressure), Brazilian lymphatic drainage massage, and cosmetic facial acupuncture, I have developed a deep respect for physical modalities and their potential to support health restoration.
Whether you're navigating a specific health concern, working toward a personal goal, or simply looking to feel your best, my goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and confident in your health journey.
Because feeling well isn't just about managing symptoms. It's about building a foundation for lasting health at every stage of life.
